Judeth Wilson Judeth Wilson, Managing Director and Lead Trainer, Upfront Communications Pty Ltd and founder of “The Trainers Ultimate Business in a Box” and “The Trainers Ultimate Toolkit.”

In the past fifteen years Judeth Wilson has started, and continues to run, four successful companies on three different continents. This is impressive considering she is only 34 years old!

As a corporate, and business trainer, when she talks the likes of Cambridge University, Sanofi Aventis, Minter Ellison,  Grant Thornton, DHL, Hewlett-Packard, BT, 3M, USAID, Johnson and Johnson, De La Roux Currencies, , Novartis and Women on Boards, to name but a few, listen!

She is the author of  “The Inside Secrets of Powerful Presenters Revealed – How to get enthusiastic applause, even a Standing Ovation, every time you speak”. Her second book is entitled “Become a Millionaire Working Just Two Days a Week” and her latest book is the newly released “Training Works – Better People, Better Bottom Line.

With qualifications to complement her years of experience, Judeth has a degree in journalism, is an Advanced Toastmaster, a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner and holds an Australian Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.





Troy Quaife Troy Quaife has spent over 20 years working in and with businesses throughout Australia in the customer service and sales industries.

With a career that began serving customers face to face on the retail sales floor, Troy quickly progressed into a management career, whilst continuing his passion for dealing directly with customers on the sales floor.

Troy’s management skill and passion for the success of his teams, led him down the path towards training and coaching. In part this is because most of the training he attended in his career had been “snoozefests” which made it difficult to take anything away from, let alone implement the changes. So this is where his ability shines!

Whether he is training Time Management techniques, Sales, Leadership or anywhere in between, Troy believes that training needs to be entertaining as well as informative. It is this approach that he uses in all of his sessions to ensure that participants walk away from every session empowered with the confidence and tools to implement all of the skills that they have been taught, and because of this his participants have very good results…not just days after the session, but months and years also.

Troy has also worked with companies large and small developing individual coaching plans to further develop the careers of their teams. He has worked with a diverse range of staff from frontline sales people to managing directors to ensure that they are implementing the right changes in their lives to excel now and into the future.

Troy clients include universities, retailers, accountants, solicitors, real estate agencies, media outlets and not for profit organisations further illustrating Troy’s ability to get results from a wide range of people and ages.

Troy is also the co-author of ”Training Works – Better People, Better Bottom Line” where he wrote about the Fundamentals of Selling. In addition he has also featured in 3 episodes of the international television show “Trainers On Trial” where he offered advice on a range of topics including sales, management and effective writing for business.

Dawn Russell Dawn Russell is the founder and principal trainer of Carcassonne Corporate Training, a company that specialises in helping organisations create an internal culture that competitors cannot easily copy. Both an engaging speaker and innovative trainer, Dawn has proven, hands-on sales and marketing management and leadership experience, having spent more than 10 years as an executive with one of the world’s most awarded airlines, Singapore Airlines.

Training and speaking on improving communication in the workplace, service entrepreneurship and winning sales, Dawn is an inspiring communicator whose major strength lies in her ability to communicate difficult concepts with great clarity and to a wide variety of audiences.

She serves as the catalyst for change in organisations that have a vision to excel through people and create exceptional customer interactions.

Dawn is a member of the National Speakers’ Association of Australia and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Adult Training & Development. You wouldn’t think it looking at her, but her passion for training and leadership began some 19 years ago at the end of a rifle, when she served in the Australian Army Reserve. She’s also conquered a half-iron man triathlon, finishing 5th woman over the line, and is a living example that anything can be achieved by having the correct mental state.

Author of “This Little Piggy Went to Market – 10 Secret Marketing Weapons to Ignite Sales and Boost Profit for Small Business", Dawn is currently busy with her second book, “Winning Service, Winning Sales”. She has also recently featured in two episodes of the TV series, “Trainers on Trial”, which is currently screening in New Zealand.

Dawn knows how to really connect with people and how to help them master change through innovative learning techniques. She understands the workforce challenges faced by organisations today and tailors all of her training sessions to meet both financial and productivity goals.
